As a project manager, I combine creativity with clear structure and strong social skills. I approach each project with a focus on communication and coordination, and I am able to adapt quickly, particularly in fast-paced or high-pressure situations. My background in media, international project teams and production settings has taught me how to combine effective organisation with creative insight.
From organizing actress schedules and contracts during my work at "Makan Fashion", to managing over 300 background actors on a Hollywood set like the "Formula 1" Movie, I’ve learned how to remain calm, efficient, and focused — even in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

I’ve assisted in production like "F1", not only as a performer, but also in organizational and logistical roles. Whether coordinating hair & makeup workflows, processing casting data, or escorting extras to set, my strength lies in translating vision into structure and ensuring everyone has what they need to deliver their best work.

Beyond the film industry, I’ve managed responsibilities in corporate, marketing, and international event spaces — including contributing to the BRICS+ Forum as part of their data & operations team, where my attention to detail, speed, and discipline led to strong feedback and a potential future role.

I approach every project with curiosity, commitment, and care — aiming to make processes smoother, communication clearer, and outcomes stronger. Whether I’m planning a production, facilitating communication across teams, or simply keeping timelines on track, I believe leadership is about listening, adapting, and being the calm in the storm.

Here you can find two more letters of recommendation in addition to the one previously attached from the head of casting department of Hollywood "F1" movie. One is from the head of the MUA department of the same movie and the other is from the head of BRICS+ Forum:
